CLEAR FROM THE START

Booking information

Start with an inquiry

This website presents destinations and illustrative travel ideas. The request form prepares a WhatsApp message; it is not an instant booking, payment service or guarantee of availability. David will discuss your dates, interests and requirements before proposing arrangements.

Your written itinerary and quote

Displayed package prices are planning estimates in USD per international adult, based on the stated party size and sharing arrangement. They are not fixed offers or availability guarantees. Dates, group size, actual park or activity fees, room types and transfers affect the total. Children, residents, solo travelers and other group sizes need their own quote. The final written quote states the complete payable price, any taxes and fees, inclusions and booking terms.

Before you book, ask for a written itinerary and quote identifying the service provider or contracting party, the trip dates, accommodation, transport, guide arrangements, inclusions, exclusions, total price and currency. Park fees, flights, transfers and optional activities are included only if your written quote says so.

Confirmation and payments

A booking is confirmed only after the agreed requirements are met and you receive written confirmation. The quote or booking agreement must state the payment method, any deposit, payment deadlines and who receives payment. This website does not collect card details or take payment.

Changes and cancellations

Request the cancellation, refund and amendment terms before agreeing to a trip. These depend on the confirmed services and providers. No universal refund or free-cancellation promise is made on this website.

Activities and conditions

Mountain trekking, wildlife viewing, boat excursions and snorkeling depend on conditions and local rules. Summit success, animal sightings, weather and marine encounters cannot be guaranteed. Tell David about relevant fitness, swimming ability, access needs or other requirements so the plan can be discussed appropriately.

Travel preparation

Check current entry requirements, insurance and travel advice for your circumstances before departure. Your confirmed itinerary should explain practical preparation and activity requirements. Do not rely on an illustrative website itinerary as your final operating schedule.
