Transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to an Arusha hotel. Meet your driver-guide and review luggage, accommodation and the coming route.
20 Dec · Safari day 1Tarangire’s baobabs and elephants
Leave Arusha for a Tarangire game drive and picnic at a designated site. Continue to the Karatu or Mto wa Mbu area for the first safari night.
21 Dec · Safari day 2Lake Manyara’s forest and lakeside country
Explore the park with the driver-guide, following the day’s wildlife and road conditions. Return to the Karatu area for the night.
22 Dec · Safari day 3Across the highlands to the Serengeti
Drive via the Ngorongoro highlands towards the Serengeti, with a game drive on arrival when time permits. Stay in the Serengeti.
23 Dec · Safari day 4A full Serengeti day
Plan morning and afternoon wildlife viewing around the chosen camp, with time for meals and rest. Stay a second night in the Serengeti. Animals and migration locations vary.
24 Dec · Safari day 5Serengeti morning, highlands evening
Enjoy a morning drive, then travel towards the Ngorongoro highlands. The camp or lodge and transfer timing are selected before confirmation; there is no promised lodge name at this proposal stage.
25 Dec · Safari day 6Christmas Day in the Ngorongoro Crater
A planned crater drive and picnic at a permitted site, subject to access, park rules and conditions. Return to the Karatu area for a shared dinner; any festive menu must be agreed with the accommodation.
26 Dec · Safari day 7Return to Arusha at a comfortable pace
Drive back to Arusha. A stop around Mto wa Mbu can be discussed if time allows; it is not automatically an included paid activity. Stay in an Arusha hotel.
27 Dec · DepartureAirport transfer or a Zanzibar extension
Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport. A separate island extension is quoted with its own flight, hotel and transfer arrangements.

- International or island flights, visa costs, travel insurance and tips
- Single-room supplement, unlisted drinks, festive meal surcharges and personal purchases
- Balloon flights, unlisted village activities and Zanzibar extensions

Practical details
Proposed departure for 4–6 guests in one safari vehicle, subject to a viable party, the named operating arrangements and accommodation availability. Six safari nights plus two Arusha hotel nights. No reserved seats or guaranteed sightings are claimed. The quote names accommodation, meal plans, festive surcharges, vehicle seating and cancellation terms before a deposit is requested.
